Terms & Conditions
Last updated Sep 20, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must not be resident in a jurisdiction where participation in skill-based trading competitions is prohibited.
3. Your account
- You are issued one trading account when you register, and it is the account every entry attaches to. You cannot open a second, and one entry per competitor per competition is the rule.
- The account is issued and held by World Warriors Forex Tournament. It is not yours to close, transfer or lend.
- While that account is in a competition that is running, it cannot be entered into another one.
- Registering or using more than one account is a breach of these terms. See section 10.
4. Competitions
- Every competition is played with virtual capital provided by World Warriors Forex Tournament. You never trade money of your own, and nothing you trade with is yours to lose.
- Entering can still cost you real money. Where a competition charges an entry fee you pay that fee yourself, and sections 5 to 8 are how that works.
- Competitions rank by profit on the starting balance, largest first. Everyone in a competition starts on the same balance, trades the same window and is measured the same way. Floating profit on open positions is not counted — all positions are closed at market when trading ends, and the result is settled on what is closed.
- Maximum drawdown is measured against the highest equity you reach during the competition, not the starting balance. Breaching it at any point closes every open position at market and disqualifies the account immediately.
- To win a prize, an entry needs two things: at least the competition's minimum number of trades, and a profit — a final balance above the starting balance. Every trade counts toward the minimum, including positions closed for you when trading ends. An entry that misses either still appears on the leaderboard, is marked not qualified, and is skipped when prizes are allocated; the prize it would have taken is not passed down to the next entry.
- Some entrants are operated by World Warriors Forex Tournament — accounts we run so a competition has a field to play against. They trade the same instruments at the same prices under the same rules as everyone else, and nothing on the platform is arranged in their favour: they lose too. In a competition that charges an entry fee they are never paid a prize — the prizes go to the people who entered, in rank order, as if those accounts were not on the board. In a free competition they take part like any other entrant. They are not marked on the leaderboard.
- Everything specific to one competition — its dates, its prize table, its instruments, its drawdown limit, and how ties are broken — is published on that competition's own page before registration opens, and that page wins wherever it says something different. The general rules are in competition rules.
- World Warriors Forex Tournament may disqualify any account that breaches the published rules, and may withhold a prize pending review.
5. What entry costs, and how you pay
- Every competition publishes its price before you can join it: on its card, on its page, and again in the join dialog immediately above the button that takes payment. A competition priced at zero costs nothing to enter.
- A priced competition is paid for in cryptocurrency — USDT or USDC, on one of several networks. You choose the network before the payment address is created and it cannot be changed afterwards; a transfer sent on any other network is destroyed and cannot be recovered by anyone.
- There is nothing to deposit, and no balance to hold with us. The payment buys one seat in one competition and nothing else. We do not take cards, and never have.
- Joining reserves your seat first and then opens a payment address for the exact amount. The seat is held for 45 minutes while the payment confirms. A transfer usually confirms in one to ten minutes and can take the whole 45.
- The seat becomes an entry, and trading unlocks, when the payment confirms — not when you press Join.
- If the payment has not confirmed by the time the hold runs out, the seat is released and goes back to the pool.
- Registration can close after trading has started, so a payment that confirms late may seat you in a competition already under way: the same starting balance as everybody else, with less time to use it.
6. Money that arrives too late
A payment that confirms after your seat was released, or after the competition has ended, buys nothing.
Nothing is returned to you automatically. There is no balance on this platform for it to be returned to, so a payment in that state goes to our finance team and is returned by hand. We cannot promise how long that takes.
If it happens to you, contact support@wwft.io with the payment reference shown on the payment page. Do not send a second payment.
7. The entry fee is not returned
Once a seat is paid for, the fee stays paid.
- Not if you leave the competition, whenever you leave.
- Not if the competition is cancelled. A competition that never runs still costs what it cost to join.
- Not if your payment confirms so late that little of the competition is left.
- Not if you are disqualified.
The only money that comes back is money that never bought a seat at all, under section 6, and it comes back by hand.
Every priced competition publishes this term in its own rules, and it is shown again in the join dialog before you pay.
8. Re-entry after a drawdown disqualification
An entry disqualified for breaching the maximum drawdown may buy another attempt at the same competition, for that competition's entry fee again, paid the same way and at the moment you ask for it. In a competition priced at zero, another attempt costs nothing.
Nothing is reset until that payment confirms. Until then the entry stays disqualified and trading stays locked. When it confirms, the balance and the drawdown reset and the standing built up to that point is discarded — the new attempt is scored from zero, against everyone else.
9. Prizes, and being paid
- Prizes are decided by the final standings, against the prize table published on the competition's own page. Standings are settled when trading ends, and the prize is credited to your reward wallet at that moment.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- Identity verification is required before a prize is paid out to you. It is not required to register, to compete, or to pay an entry fee. What we collect for it, and how long we keep it, is in the privacy policy.
- You request a payout from your Rewards page. You choose the network and give us a wallet address on that same network. We cannot check that the two match, and a transfer sent to an address on another chain is destroyed. A minimum amount applies, and the withdrawal form states it.
- Payouts are sent in USDT or USDC, on the chain you choose. A person reviews every request and makes the transfer by hand, normally within 24 to 48 hours. None of it is automatic. We notify you when a request is approved and again when it is sent, and the status is on your wallet either way.
- World Warriors Forex Tournament may place a payout on hold pending review. Money on hold is still yours; it has not moved.
10. Prohibited conduct
The following result in immediate disqualification and may lead to account termination:
- Registering or using more than one account, whether in one competition or across the platform
- Coordinated or hedged trading between competitors
- Exploiting pricing latency, quote errors or platform defects
- Any attempt to manipulate the leaderboard
11. Intellectual property
All platform content, branding and software remain the property of World Warriors Forex Tournament. You may not scrape, republish or resell competition data without written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". World Warriors Forex Tournament is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of expected prize money arising from downtime or data error.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance by email and in your account notifications. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
